RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Adults and children over 12 years: 5ml  

Children 7-12 years: 2.5ml

Children 0-6 years: Use Kids ChestRelief

Ongoing support for lung health: 1 x daily  

When unwell: Up to 5 x daily
