DIrections:

For heat: Microwave gel pack for up to 45 seconds in a standard 800 watt oven. Once desired temperature is acheived wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to affected area. Do not overheat.

For cold: freeze gel pack for 30 - 120 minutes. Wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to the affected area. 

Warnings:

• If contents are exposed to the skin rinse with water and discard pack. Gel contents are non - toxic. 
• Remove terry cloth before freezing or heating 
• Follow instructions: do not overheat the pack in the microwave 
• Do not use if damaged: If heated, let it cool down in the kitchen sink and then throw it away.
• Do not use directly on skin without Terry cloth 
• Do not ingest contents
• Use under adult supervision at all times. Keep out of reach of children. Only use on the young, elderly & immobile under constant supervision 
• Do not use in confined spaces that can trap heat, such as under blankets or on bedding.
