Each gelatin capsule contains: 5-Hydroxytryptophan 50 mg Also contains: calcium lactate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, tapioca powder. Calcium content (from calcium lactate) 48mg/capsule. No added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours or preservatives.
