Each daily dose of 5 drops (350mg) of Vital C contains: Vitamin A 350mcg, Vitamin C 35mg, Vitamin D 7mcg. Each daily dose of 10 drops (700mg) of Vital C contains: Vitamin A 700mcg, Vitamin C 70mg, Vitamin D 14mcg. Also contains: purified water, orange essence, lo-han-kuo extract and potassium sorbate.
6 months to 6 years: 5 drops (350mg) daily, 7 years and above: 10 drops (700mg) daily in milk, water or food.
