To purchase a Pharmacist Only medicine, a pharmacist is required to contact you via phone or email and ask you several questions to confirm what the problem is and ensure you get the right medicine for the right condition and that you know how to use it safely.
*Note that different Pharmacist Only Medicines will require a different set of questions.
A Pharmacist is also legally required to record your name & address as a record of the sale of a Pharmacist-Only medicine.
Allow 1-3 working days for a Pharmacist to be in contact.
Pharmacists, as part of their expert & ethical duties, are expected to promote safe, judicious, and efficacious use of medicines and avoid the supply of unnecessary and/or excessive quantities of medicines, or any product which may cause harm. In the event that the Pharmacist assesses and decides that the use of a Pharmacist Only medicine is not appropriate, all rights are reserved to decline the supply and fulfilment of the Pharmacist Only Medicine.
Contains dissolved hydrocortisone which penetrates the skin quickly providing temporary relief from skin irritations caused by dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, cosmetics and jewellery.

- DermAid cream comes in two strengths, talk to your pharmacist about the best one for your needs.
Directions
Apply a small amount to affected skin 1-3 times daily. Cleanse with a soap alternative such as Pinetarsol as soap may irritate the skin.
- Do not use in the eyes.
- Do not use on children under 2 years unless recommended by a doctor.
- Do not use for acne
- Do not use under waterproof bandages or for more than 7 days unless recommended by a doctor.
