- Rehmannia glutinosa root (5:1 extract) - 75 mg
- Coleus forskohlii (18% extract) - 50 mg
- Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus) - 40 mg
- Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) - 37.5 mg
- Piperine (from Black Pepper) - 5 mg
- Additional ingredients Cellulose, Vegetable Stearate)
Directions:
- Take 3 x capsules in the morning or midday daily, can be taken altogether or split between meals.
- Avoid taking close to bedtime.
