Nutra-Life Magnesium Sleep + Advanced is an advanced combination of Magnesium, 5-HTP, L-Theanine and Passion flower to support a restful deep sleep.
Contains Magnesium amino acid chelate – a well absorbed, organic form of Magnesium for higher absorption* & 200mg of 5-HTP per daily dose (2 capsules) to support a calm mind and body. L-Theanine is an amino acid that supports relaxation and a calm mood, which can contribute to a more restful sleep.
